NEU Movement Pilates equipment classes give all the benefits of whole body strength and toning. Each class layers in Physiotherapy cues and fascia activation to get the most beneficial workout. There are a variety of different classes to choose from, we welcome everyone to join us!

Stefany has a background ing dance and got her first Pilates certification through PhysicalMind Pilates in 2007 and has taught Pilates in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and in the beautiful Okanagan at The Neu Movement Vernon location. She also has taken Stott Pilates certification and has her certification from NeuMovements fantastic instructor training. Adrian is a graduate of the Kelowna Campus of Vancouver Career College and has been practicing for over 3 years. Several years ago, working as a trained carpenter, Adrian soon realized the benefits of massage therapy. This realization eventually led him to pursue a career in health care and earn his Registered Massage Therapy designation. Fueled by his interest in human anatomy and his passion for helping others, he is thankful to practice massage therapy in Vernon. It’s been Adrian’s privilege to be introduced to a variety of clinical experiences, including numerous spas & clinical settings. He’s developed a wide range of techniques & practical knowledge to help his patients achieve optimal health. His treatment style includes myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, IASTM, trigger point therapy, joint play, and relaxation massage. His approach to massage therapy is to assess and to understand the underlying problems of his patients’ concerns. As such, Adrian creates a plan for each patients individual needs to help promote ideal body function. Adrian enjoys working with patients of all age, with any condition they have. He has a particular interest in chronic pain, headaches, injuries, stress management, posture dysfunction, & of course, relaxation massage. Adrian is fond of spending time with his Wife, Daughter, family and friends. His favourite outdoor activities are fly fishing, cycling & hiking. Jamie is a UBC graduate with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and UBCO graduate with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics Degree, majoring in Exercise Physiology. In addition to her post-graduate studies, she has also earned her Level 1 Orthopedic Manual Therapy Certification and is looking forward to adding Integrated System’s Model to her physiotherapy toolbox in 2023.

While using an exercise, evidence-based approach adjunct to manual therapy, Jamie believes that no single approach is the right one for every individual. She strives to empower her clients in navigating their own healing journey that promotes a lifestyle of longevity and happiness.

When Jamie is not studying or working, you can find her doing all the outside things: mountain biking, dirt biking, wake-surfing, downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, trail running, soccer…she is a jack of all trades, but a master at absolutely none! If you are an individual who aims to challenge the body to reach a more balanced state or accomplish a new physical feat, don’t hesitate to start that journey with Jamie in your corner.

Delainey was born and raised in Fort St. John and moved to the Okanagan in 2020 to pursue a career as an RMT, graduating from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2022. She feels passionately about the benefits of massage for pain, increasing mobility, rehabilitation and recovery from injuries. She believes that massage can benefit everyone, whether it’s to treat acute or chronic pain or to deal with the stress of daily life. She utilizes techniques such as myofascial release, passive movement and stretching as well as trigger point release and joint mobilizations to create a well rounded treatment. She’s excited to get involved in the community and start working with clients to facilitate them on their healing journey. When she’s not massaging she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding or exploring what the Okanagan and all it has to offer.

Michelle found out about Pilates a few years after being diagnosed with scoliosis. Since she passed by the Kelowna NeuMovement studio all the time, she decided to try out the integration physiotherapy and Pilates. She fell in love with the exercise and never stopped after that point. Michelle has been a Pilates group equipment student at NeuMovement since 2012. She loved how much it helped with her pain and overall posture. So she started training in Pilates Process to help others feel the way she does.

Nicole is Okanagan born and raised, living in Kelowna for most of her life. She has her certification in AN-IMS (intramuscular stimulation / dry needling), concussion management and therapy with vestibular therapy from CCMI and has learned fascia release work. Graduating from the University of Alberta, she holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics/Kinesiology in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a minor in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Her approach to physiotherapy treatment is to empower clients to take control of their rehabilitation journey. Her approach incorporates the benefits of hands-on manual therapies and home exercise programs to help create lasting changes. She combines soft tissue work, fascial release and joint mobilizations to increase function and decrease pain in her clients. Nicole applies a client-centered approach in treatment and care planning as she believes is vital to the recovery process. She will work with you to determine what your physiotherapy needs are and keep you engaged in the process of care.

She believes strongly in the importance of activity in mental and physical wellbeing. As such, she has always tried to lead an active lifestyle and has a background in a variety of activities, including classical dance where she trained for 14 years. As well, she plays volleyball, and enjoys running, skiing, hiking, and biking. Exercise has been her solace throughout the years and believes it is important in whole body and psychological wellness.

Darby graduated from The University of Victoria with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2020, bringing extensive experience as a Kinesiologist working with others to achieve their goals. Here at NeuMovement Darby focuses on helping individuals utilize optimal movement patterns to recover from physical injuries and build strength. She has a strong background in movement instruction since 2016 as a BCRPA personal trainer, Head Weightlifting Coach for the UVic varsity teams, and Intern Strength Coach for Rugby Canada. Additionally, she is trained in superficial fascial release, PNF stretching, and specialized athlete development.
